Mahesh V & Associates is a partnership firm carrying on the profession of Chartered Accountancy in India. The wide range of services provided by the firm is broadly categorized into Audit & Assurance, Consulting & Outsourcing and Taxation and certification services. The firm is mainly rendering advisory services on various corporate matters oriented towards taxation and other statutory requirements. The firm is presently serving as advisors on Income tax, business strategies and structuring to various business entities in India. It is our endeavor to provide one stop umbrella service to our clientele. In case of any other service requirements we have the zeal to get into the requirements and provide services if it is within our reach or identify a service provider who will provide timely service to our clients.

Promoted Mahesh V and Associates, in 2006.
Into professional practice for more than 17 years now and has an overall experience of more than twenty years. Holds a certification in International taxation, IND AS, GST and Ourseas outsourcing Services (US) Course conducted by ICAI.

Core areas of practice includes Audit and Assurance services covering Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Enterprise Risk Management, US GAAP Audit, Due diligence studies, statutory compliance review, taxation, advisory services amongst others.
Involved with assignments with diverse industry clientele and has handled team of professionals. Also has significant experience in Direct and Indirect Taxes, Domestic and International Taxation, expats taxation, foreign exchange laws, SEZ, STPI, EOUs, and other labour regulations.

Into professional practice for more than 17 years now. He was formerly a partner in a mid-sized firm of Chartered Accountants in Bangalore for more than six years. In his former role he was part of International Network Firm.

Experience in Direct and Indirect Taxes, Domestic and International Taxation, expats taxation, litigation support, foreign exchange laws, labor regulations amongst others. Involved in cross border Internal Audit assignments, due diligence assignments staff training across the network firms on international practices and has attended the International Network’s seminars and training programs held in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and other places.
Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Holds a degree in Commerce from Karnataka University.
Has been part of Mahesh V and Associates since 2018 and has an overall experience of more than 8 years across multiple CA Firms.
On the corporate experience, he has completed Industrial Training for 1 year with a reputed listed company.
